Questions we get asked
How much does a custom system cost?
Focused systems start from $5,000, and larger platforms are priced on scope. After a one-to-two-week discovery you get a fixed quote, so the price is agreed before any build starts.
How long until we can use it?
Most first versions go live in 8 to 16 weeks. You see working software every two weeks, and larger systems launch in stages so your team can use the most important parts first.
Can it take mobile money and work with our existing tools?
Yes. We integrate MTN MoMo and Airtel Money, local banks and card payments, and connect to the accounting and messaging tools you already use. Your existing data moves across at launch.
Should we customise Odoo or ERPNext instead of building from scratch?
Sometimes, and we’ll tell you. If an existing platform covers most of what you need, configuring it is faster and cheaper. We build custom when your process is what sets you apart.
Who owns the code and the data?
You do. The code, data and accounts are in your name, with documentation so another team could take over if you ever needed them to.
